We are Strata Global
What began as a modest joint venture under the aegis of US-based Glen Raven Inc. – a global leader in technical and performance textiles – to provide geosynthetic products and civil engineering solutions to the infrastructure market in India, gathered dramatic momentum in 2007 when Strata came into its own as a force to reckon with.
Today, we are a global leader in geosynthetic manufacturing and soil reinforcement technology. We are addressing the evolving needs of the infrastructure sector for such applications as Retaining Walls, Reinforced Soil Slopes and Embankments in highways, landfills, mines, railways, ports, container yards and more.
When in consultation with Strata Geosystems, customers have come to expect truly eco-friendly and cost-effective geotechnical solutions. With a broad spectrum of innovative, high-quality products, precision-engineering, and timely, failsafe installation, surpassing customer expectations has become par for the course at Strata.
Beyond supplying products and designing engineering solutions, Strata also offers fully integrated construction capabilities, and both general and specialised contracting in select global markets. In India, we provide complete design and construction packages for the highway, landfill and mining sectors. As a matter of fact, we have participated in more than 60% of National Highway expansion projects.

OUR TEAM
Our people are the engine that propels us towards new frontiers
Strata’s core strength lies in its highly motivated team. Strata currently has the largest number of associates in its 30+ years journey. There is a total of 400 associates with exceptional talents and specialities. Of the 400 employees, approximately 200 are Engineers – Civil, Geotechnical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental and Information Technology. The collaboration amongst these team members to develop new products and ideas is what sets Strata apart. There are more than 100 associates with a Master’s degree or higher. Strata values its associates like family. It is an immense strength that more than 100 employees have been at the company for more than five years and 70 employees for more than ten years. The technical team consists of 25 specialized designers with the support of over 160 site supervisors and managers.
