Strata’s core strength lies in its highly motivated team. Strata currently has the largest number of associates in its 30+ years journey. There is a total of 400 associates with exceptional talents and specialities. Of the 400 employees, approximately 200 are Engineers – Civil, Geotechnical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental and Information Technology. The collaboration amongst these team members to develop new products and ideas is what sets Strata apart. There are more than 100 associates with a Master’s degree or higher. Strata values its associates like family. It is an immense strength that more than 100 employees have been at the company for more than five years and 70 employees for more than ten years. The technical team consists of 25 specialized designers with the support of over 160 site supervisors and managers.
