About the project

 

The client Riva – Gourmet under the Sky and the project architect, DNC Architects, were looking for an unconventional design for their restaurant interiors. They stumbled upon Strata, and with Strata’s variety of colour options, they were able to pick the perfect décor for their restaurant!

StrataWeb® manufacturing can be customized to an enormous level to match colours and sizes, as required in this case. StrataWeb® gave an unconventional and appealing look to the aesthetics of the restaurant. The effortless installation of StrataWeb® resulted in rapid execution of work.

Thus, StrataWeb® provided an innovative solution to the client for their restaurant interiors.

The ramps of the grade separators are constructed either as embankments with natural slopes or as reinforced soil walls. In the case of partial walls, where sloped embankments are supported on reinforced soil walls, the embankment slopes needed to be given adequate protection against soil erosion, which could otherwise damage the fascia of the underlying reinforced soil wall and also induce seepage into the system. The slopes of the embankments were of the order of 30° with the horizontal. The reinforced soil walls supporting the embankments were as high as 10 m. The heights of the embankments were of the order of 5 m.
